After years of managing large-scale commercial projects for major general contracting firms — including Manhattan Construction and The Beck Group — Charlie Stanphill founded Eco Rivers to bring a more personal, hands-on touch back to the construction process.
Throughout his career, Charlie has played every role in the industry — estimator in preconstruction, superintendent overseeing job sites, project manager running budgets and timelines, and client manager building lasting relationships. That range is what makes design-build his specialty: design and construction working side by side from day one.
He started Eco Rivers to apply those high-level corporate standards to smaller, tailored commercial renovations where client collaboration takes center stage.
